Laboratory protocols
We are almost ready to start the wet lab part of the metagenomics project. You can refer to the online PDF "laboratory protocols". We publish it in advance because it is wise (...mandatory!...) to know what to do before starting. Please, read it and try to understand each step. Feel free to ask questions using coments.
Parco Fenice (sampling site)
